Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in the Pune Division. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective and existing clients, understand their property requirements, and present suitable residential, commercial, and retail real estate options. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property tours, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and supporting negotiations to close sales.



The role also involves staying updated on local market trends, inventory, pricing, and offers, as well as coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes and a positive client experience.
Qualifications

Strong sales and client relationship skills, including lead follow-up, consultative selling, and negotiation.
Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain property features and market insights clearly.
Basic understanding of real estate market dynamics, property documentation, and transaction processes (prior real estate experience preferred).
Comfort with using technology and CRM tools for managing leads, listings, and client data.
Ability to work in office in the Pune Division, travel locally for client meetings and property visits, and manage time effectively.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is beneficial.
