As a CRM Data Migration Developer, you will play a key role in designing, configuring, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
You will work within an Agile setting alongside technical leads, project managers, functional teams, and business stakeholders.
The role offers the opportunity to contribute to complex enterprise CRM implementations supporting high-volume contact center environments.
You will help connect CRM platforms with contact center applications, self-service portals, ERP systems, payment gateways, and other enterprise technologies.
Your work will directly influence system performance, data flow, user experience, and adoption across critical business processes.
You will also contribute to continuous delivery, application lifecycle management, training, optimization, and ongoing platform improvements.

Accountabilities:
Configure, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE CRM solutions based on functional and technical requirements delivered through an Agile backlog.
Collaborate with technical leads, project managers, functional leads, business owners, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver enterprise CRM solutions successfully.
Support the definition and implementation of functional requirements for integrating Dynamics 365 CE with contact center applications, self-service portals, SAP and other ERP systems, payment gateways, and related enterprise platforms.
Configure Dynamics 365 Customer Service capabilities, including Omnichannel features, Channels, Workstreams, Unified Routing, and related functionality.
