Achieve territory sales targets through personal market visits,



direct selling, and effective distribution management.
Manage distributor operations, including front-end and back-end infrastructure, to ensure efficient market execution.
Analyze MIS and sales reports to identify performance gaps, growth opportunities, and areas requiring corrective action.
Manage and negotiate with distributors while supporting their sales teams in improving customer management and business generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners to strengthen market presence and generate valuable market feedback.
Provide relevant market insights, sales updates, and performance reports to the wider business team.
Identify opportunities to improve customer service and strengthen the competitive position within the assigned geography.
