Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Nagercoil. The Business Development Associate will identify and qualify new business opportunities through lead generation, outreach, and relationship-building with banks and fintechs.



The role involves conducting market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings, and supporting the sales team with data-driven insights. The Associate will prepare and deliver presentations and demos that clearly communicate the value of FinOS solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to refine proposals and marketing materials. Day-to-day activities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up on prospects, and contributing to business development strategies that support revenue growth and market expansion.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating impactful Presentations for prospective clients.
