YOUR ROLEGenerate and handle high-quality customer leads.
Connect with prospects and understand their property requirements.
Pitch premium residential projects from leading developers.
Drive customers for site visits and convert them into bookings.
Negotiate, follow up and close deals.
Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets.
Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a smooth journey from first call to final booking.
Maintain strong sales discipline and CRM hygiene.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?We want people who:
Have 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate, B2C Sales, Banking, Insurance, Automobile, EdTech or similar sales roles.
Are confident communicators with strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Are hungry for targets, incentives and growth.
Don’t give up after a “NO” — they turn it into a “YES.”
Are comfortable working in a high-pressure, high-performance sales environment.
Have a proven record of achieving sales targets.
