About the Role:
The Fabric R&D; and Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, sourcing, testing, recommending, and documenting the most suitable fabrics for our women’s workwear collections.




You will work closely with our fashion designers and founders, but you will independently own the fabric research, selection, sourcing and approval phase for assigned products.
The role requires someone who can look at a garment sketch, mood board, silhouette, technical requirement, or product brief and determine which fabric will allow the design to perform correctly in the finished garment.

What You’ll Do
Review 3D designs and identify the right fabric requirements for each garment.
Recommend suitable fabrics based on composition, GSM, drape, comfort, opacity, and durability.
Source swatches and sample yardage from trusted fabric suppliers and mills.
Compare fabric options based on quality, price, MOQ, availability, and lead time.
Check fabrics for shrinkage, colorfastness, pilling, stretch, and wash performance.
Work with designers and sampling teams to ensure the fabric supports the desired fit and silhouette.
