Role Description The Documentation & Filing Associate internship is Remote based in North Bay, ON. The intern will support the organization by preparing, organizing, and maintaining client records and documentation in digital formats. Daily tasks include filing documents, updating and verifying information in internal systems, following documentation standards, and ensuring that records are complete and easy to retrieve. The role also involves coordinating with team members to gather missing information, assisting with basic reporting,



and complying with privacy and data protection policies. This internship is designed to build practical documentation and organizational skills in a professional office environment.
Qualifications
Solid foundation in Documentation and Clinical Documentation practices, with attention to accuracy and completeness.
Ability to work with Technical Documentation and apply Technical Writing principles where needed.
Demonstrated Analytical Skills for reviewing, organizing, and verifying information in multiple formats.
