Job Summary :
We are looking for a Presales Engineer with a strong technical background who can understand complex technical products and translate them into compelling solutions for clients. The role involves working closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to conduct product demos, handle technical discussions, and support deal closures.
Key Responsibilities :
Technical Presales & Solutioning-
● Understand customer requirements and map them to appropriate technical solutions.
● Analyze client use cases and recommend product configurations or custom solutions.
● Act as the technical point of contact during the sales cycle.
Product Demonstrations-
● Conduct technical product demos, proofs-of-concept (POCs), and walkthroughs for clients.
● Tailor demos based on customer industry, business challenges, and technical maturity.
●Clearly explain product architecture, features, and integrations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Cross-Functional & Go-To-Market Support-
● Partner with sales teams to respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires.
● Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and solution documentation.
● Support negotiations by addressing technical objections and concerns.
●Support cross-functional initiatives beyond presales, including marketing, events, and solution positioning, as required.
●Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to solution collateral, including flyers, brochures, case studies, and pitch decks.
●Assist in webinars, conferences, industry events, and product launches by supporting demos, presentations, and technical storytelling.
●Translate technical capabilities into clear, customer-friendly messaging for digital and field marketing use cases.
Stakeholder Collaboration-
●Work closely with product and engineering teams to stay updated on recent features and roadmap. ●Provide customer feedback to internal teams
