Job Summary

As Brand Manager for E-commerce & Quick-Commerce, you will own the strategic growth, performance and positioning of partner brands across leading marketplaces and Quick-Commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller & Vendor Central, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart).

You will lead brand operations, campaign planning, performance analysis and cross-functional alignment to drive sales growth, margin improvement and strong brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Ownership: Define and drive the end-to-end brand strategy for assigned brands, aligning with business objectives, positioning and growth targets.
Marketplace & Platform Leadership:



Lead the creation, optimization and maintenance of product listings; ensure catalog accuracy, SEO/SEM compliance, promotional readiness and standardized brand presentation across E-Commerce and Quick-Commerce channels.
Campaign Planning & Execution: Own campaign planning, budget allocation, and execution in partnership with marketing, design and operations teams.
Track performance metrics (ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CR) and optimise accordingly.
Inventory & Fulfilment Oversight: Monitor and steer stock levels, dark-store/delivery operations, ensure high fill-rates, OTIF (On-Time In-Full) metrics and minimise out-of-stock or write-off situations.
Account Health & Compliance: Manage marketplace account health (case tickets, compliance, payment reconciliation), track KPIs, escalate issues, and ensure vendor/channel partnerships remain robust.
Customer & Market Insights: Monitor reviews, ratings, customer sentiment and co
