Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Support Engineer at Dentira. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and offering exceptional customer support on a daily basis.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in customer onboarding and implementation
Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience managing timelines, tasks, and multiple stakeholders. Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and explain technical concepts, especially around data connectors and integration tools
