Role Description The Inside Sales Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Gurgaon. This role focuses on engaging prospective and existing customers, presenting BharatX’s AI tax solutions, and driving product adoption through consultative conversations. The associate will handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, schedule and conduct product demos,



and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Daily activities include following up on warm leads, nurturing relationships with tax practitioners and finance teams, coordinating with marketing and product teams to improve messaging, and supporting account growth and renewals. The role also involves resolving basic customer queries, gathering feedback from users, and contributing to customer satisfaction and retention goals.
Qualifications

Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience managing a high volume of customer interactions.
Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and build long-term relationships.
Account Management capabilities to support onboarding, retention, and expansion of customer accounts.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical products in clear, business-focused terms.
