Job Description

As the Copy Director, you will lead the strategic and creative direction of all written communication across brands and campaigns. You will be responsible for building compelling narratives, defining brand voices, mentoring a high-performing team of copywriters, and ensuring every piece of communication meets the highest standards of creativity, clarity, and effectiveness.





Working closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Strategists, Account Managers, Digital Marketing teams, and clients, you will drive integrated campaigns that deliver measurable business impact while championing the adoption of AI-powered content workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the creative vision and copy strategy for integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, web, performance marketing, video, CRM, and brand communication.
Translate business objectives, customer insights, and brand strategy into compelling storytelling and impactful messaging.
Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Strategists, and Account Managers to develop integrated campaign concepts.
Conduct brand, audience, competitor, and market research to create differentiated communication strategies.
