Role Description The Material MDG Specialist at Avansi Solutions is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for creating, maintaining, and validating material master data within MDG and related enterprise systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards. Daily activities include reviewing material requests, analyzing data quality issues, coordinating with materials management and inventory teams,



and implementing data governance rules and workflows. The specialist will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support material handling processes, optimize inventory control, and improve materials-related reporting. The role also involves documentation of procedures, participation in system enhancements, and support for testing and user training related to material master data.
Qualifications
Robust analytical skills to review, validate, and optimize material master data and related business processes.
Proficiency in materials management and materials handling, with an understanding of material flows and warehouse or plant operations.
Experience in inventory control and materials management, including tracking, classification, and reconciliation of materials.
Knowledge of Material Master Data Governance (MDG) concepts and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP
