Role Description The Tourist Visa Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for assisting clients with end-to-end tourist visa processes for multiple destinations. Day-to-day tasks include advising clients on visa requirements, eligibility, and documentation; collecting and verifying client information and supporting documents; and filling out visa application forms accurately.



The specialist coordinates appointment bookings, tracks application statuses, and communicates updates to clients in a clear and timely manner. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of consulate and embassy rules, managing client records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient visa experience. The position calls for a client-focused approach, attention to detail, and adherence to all regulatory and compliance standards.
Qualifications
Strong visa processing and documentation skills, including experience with tourist visa applications and familiarity with embassy/consulate procedures.
