The role

Travesla is hiring a sales manager for a dual portfolio: travel technology, and the destination management companies we represent. Both carry targets, and both need someone the Indian agency channel already trusts.
We need someone who knows how a booking actually moves through a GDS/NDC channel, and who has the agency relationships in North India to open doors from week one.
What you will sell
• Travel technology across the airline distribution chain: content, servicing and post-ticketing.
• The destination management companies Travesla represents, and their ground and destination product.
• Hotel content and mapping technology.
• Refunds automation technology.
What you will do
• Own the North India territory for agencies, tour operators, OTAs, TMCs and consolidators. Pipeline, targets, closures.
• Open recent accounts and grow the ones you bring in.
• Run demos where you can hold your own on GDS/NDC workflow, ticketing, reissue and refund questions without calling for backup.
• Represent Travesla at trade events and travel across India for client meetings.




• Report pipeline and revenue honestly, including the deals that are not moving.
What we need
• 5+ years in B2B travel sales: travel technology, airline sales, consolidation or DMC.
• Working knowledge of Amadeus, Sabre or Travelport + NDC and of agency process flow: PNRs, fares, ticketing, reissues, refunds, ADMs.
• A clear view of how airline content reaches agencies today and where that is shifting.
• A live network of agencies and tour operators in North India that you can call from week one.
• Able to sell across both sides of the portfolio, technology and DMC representation, and give each one the attention it deserves.
• Delhi NCR based
Useful, not essential
• Sold SaaS or API based products to travel agencies.
• Airline, consolidator or GDS background in distribution, revenue or sales.
• Hands-on with post-ticketing servicing or refunds.
• Exposure to inbound and outbound destination products.
