As an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for engaging with customers and partner networks, driving lead generation, and supporting the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calling to prospective customers to introduce cybersecurity / infosec solutions
Engage with existing and potential channel partners to build and strengthen relationships
Qualify leads and identify customer needs to generate sales opportunities
Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects and partners to move deals forward
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless customer engagement
Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline updates in CRM tools
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 4+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in cybersecurity, network security, or IT solutions
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and partner engagement
Ability to understand and explain technical cybersecurity solutions (basic knowledge required)
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Business administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
Relevant certifications in Cybersecurity / Information Security will be an added advantage
