About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager / Payments Specialist to join our clients fintech and digital payments team. This role will focus on UPI, merchant acquiring, and digital payment solutions, driving product strategy, execution, and compliance for large-scale platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end product lifecycle management for payments and merchant acquiring solutions.
- Define PRDs, BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, compliance, operations).
- Drive data-backed product improvements in conversion, success rates, and merchant adoption.




- Ensure regulatory compliance with NPCI/RBI frameworks.

Required Skills

- 12 years of strong product management experience in fintech/payments.
- Hands-on with UPI, merchant onboarding, payment gateways, and API integrations.
- Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Immediate availability or notice period 30 days.
