Job Title: Assistant Direct Sales Manager (FOS)

Experience: 2-5 Years (Field Sales/Insurance/BFSI preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a energetic Assistant Direct Sales Manager to generate new business through self-sourcing, references, and company-provided leads. The candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies, achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring a smooth sales process through field visits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through self-sourcing, referrals, and field activities.
- Convert leads into successful policy sales to achieve monthly targets.
- Conduct customer meetings to understand requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Maintain and update lead trackers, sales trackers, and customer records.
- Use digital sales tools and applications for policy sales and customer servicing.
- Build strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
- Create awareness about insurance products and provide need-based solutions.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility:

- Minimum Graduation is mandatory.
- Age should be 30 years or below.
- Local candidate with a strong social network.
- Willingness to work in field sales and travel extensively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Field Sales experience.
- Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition.
- Relationship Management.
- Sales Negotiation & Closing.
- Customer Service.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products (preferred).
