Roles & Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed site inspections and structural audits to identify defects, damages, and maintenance requirements.
- Assess the condition of existing civil and structural elements such as RCC structures, beams, columns, slabs, walls, and foundations.
- Identify causes of cracks, leakage, seepage, corrosion, concrete deterioration, and other structural defects.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports with observations, photographs, measurements, and recommended repair solutions.
- Prepare BOQ, quantity estimates, and cost estimates for repair and rehabilitation works.
- Coordinate with structural consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams for repair activities.
- Monitor repair works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.




- Supervise repair techniques such as concrete repairs, crack treatment, waterproofing, corrosion treatment, grouting, plaster repairs, and structural strengthening.
- Verify the quality of materials and workmanship used during repair works.
- Maintain records of site inspections, repair progress, measurements, material consumption, and completed works.
- Conduct post-repair inspections and ensure that all identified defects are properly rectified.
- Coordinate with clients and prepare regular progress and audit reports.
- Ensure repair activities are completed within the approved time, cost, quality, and safety parameters.
