Develop organization-wide job architecture including

The consultant will work on multiple consulting assignments across Manufacturing, Engineering, IT, Shared Services, GCCs, Pharma, Services and Industrial organizations.

This is not a recruitment assignment.

The engagement focuses on designing scalable organization structures, career frameworks and compensation architecture aligned with business growth. ,

Lead end-to-end Organization Design assignments including:

Organization Structure

- Study current organization structure
- Analyze spans and layers
- Review reporting relationships
- Recommend future organization design
- Define governance structure
- Recommend functional alignment
- Develop organization charts

Develop organization-wide job architecture including - Job Families , Hierarchy , Functional and managerial





Grading Framework & Designation Framework

Designation Framework & Career framework

Desired Experience

- HR Consulting / Organization Development / Total Rewards
- Experience with consulting firms or independent consulting practice
- Hands-on experience executing organization design assignments
- Experience designing grading frameworks
- Solid exposure to compensation benchmarking
- Experience creating job architecture
- Exposure to GCCs, Manufacturing, Engineering or IT organizations preferred
- Ability to independently facilitate leadership workshops

Senior HR leaders who have independently executed similar consulting projects may also be considered.

MBA HR / PGDM HR

Additional certifications in Compensation & Benefits, OD, Korn Ferry, Mercer IPE, Hay Methodology or Job Evaluation preferred.
