Restaurant Manager Job Objective

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the management, operations and overall performance of the Paper Moon Restaurant restaurant. The position is responsible to work on menu planning, maintaining hygiene, safety & brand standards and provides hands-on support to the team during daily operations. The Restaurant Manager must ensure maximization of profits, enhancement of customers experience and satisfaction, by establishing quality standards and maintaining high employee morale resulting in creating an iconic and profitable hotel.

Areas of Responsibility
- Align restaurant goals with the hotel's annual business strategy.
- Develop strategies with HOD to maintain market leadership.
- Conduct competitor analysis and implement tactical plans.
- Monitor financial performance against budget regularly.
- Drive daily revenue and participate in revenue meetings.
- Control costs to achieve targeted EBITDA margins.
- Optimize menu pricing through cost analysis and menu engineering.
- Ensure proper inventory, requisition checks, and stock control.




- Conduct daily briefings to review operations and team performance.
- Maintain equipment, reduce breakage, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Deliver superior guest experience and handle complaints effectively.
- Monitor guest feedback and personalize services for key guests.
- Manage recruitment, training, performance, and team development.
- Ensure compliance with audits, hygiene, and legal standards.
- Implement safety practices including risk assessment and adherence to protocols

Required Qualifications

Masters or Degree in Hospitality Management

Preferably WSET (Intermediate to Advanced)

Work Experience

4-6 years of experience

Languages Needed in Position

Proficiency in english.
