Role & responsibilities

Manage the facade design work involving selection and use of appropriate systems / materials, initiate value engineering to meet the approved budget, develop tender documents- BOQ, Specifications, GCC and SCC, and assist the execution team in completion of the facade works in valuable quality.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Manage the entire facade design development- right from concept to finalisation within approved budget.
- Coordinate with Architects, Structures, Interiors, Facade consultant, CM and MEP teams and agree on interface details and identify specific requirements if any.
- Prepare and float the tender documents.
- Approval of vendors design submittals in compliance with the architect's intent and constructability, etc.

Preferred Candidate:-

- Experienced in completing high-rise facade projects within the approved time and cost, and have min 7 years' experience (for BE in Civil & Mechanical) and min 10 yrs (for Diploma).
- Possess knowledge of facade engineering principles, fabrication methods, quality assurance and installation methods and are well-versed in standard codes.P
