Role & responsibilities

Role Overview :- Responsible for fund-raising activities, investor relationship management, client onboarding, operational coordination, and with trustees and service providers for smooth execution of fund operations. This is a target-driven role requiring strong communication, relationship-building, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage investor opportunities through calls, referrals, networking, and company-provided leads.
- Approach HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, Corporate Investors, and Professional Investors.
- Conduct investor outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and personal meetings.
- Schedule and coordinate investor meetings with senior management. • Present fund opportunities and investment propositions to prospective investors.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly fund mobilization targets.
- Develop relationships with Wealth Managers, IFAs, MFDs, Chartered Accountants, Corporate Consultants,



and Family Offices.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing investors.
- Coordinate end-to-end investor onboarding, including KYC, FATCA, subscription agreements, declarations, and application forms.
- Coordinate with Trustee, Legal Advisors, Compliance Team, and Fund Administration partners.
- Maintain investor records, operational documentation, and onboarding trackers.
- Prepare daily activity reports, weekly pipeline reports, monthly fund-raising reports, and investor onboarding MIS.

Compensation Structure

Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives linked to fund mobilization, investor closures, investor onboarding, channel partner development, and achievement of monthly/quarterly targets.
