Role Overview
We are looking for a agile and customer-focused Room Service Order Taker to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling in-room dining orders while ensuring exceptional guest service and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Take guest orders for in-room dining over the telephone in a clear and professional manner
- Suggest menu items and upsell where appropriate
- Accurately record and process orders in the system
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery
- Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints courteously
- Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate (mandatory)
- Age: Below 25 years
- Mumbai-based candidates preferred
- Freshers can apply (experience in hospitality is an added advantage)
Skills Required
- Good communication skills (English proficiency required)
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge
