Key Responsibilities
• Manage Loan Against Property (LAP) business with ticket sizes ranging from 20 Lakhs to 5 Crores
• Drive sourcing and acquisition through DSA channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers
• Achieve business and portfolio growth targets
Eligibility
Minimum Graduate
Preferred Experience
Experience in Business LAP / Mortgage / Secured Lending
DSA sourcing experience is mandatory
Solid sales and relationship management skills
