SAP Vistex Functional Consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting Vistex solutions integrated with SAP ERP/S4HANA systems. The consultant works closely with business users to manage pricing, rebates, incentives, royalties, chargebacks, and trade promotion processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Configure SAP Vistex solutions based on business needs.
- Support Vistex processes including:
- Rebates
- Incentives
- Chargebacks
- Billbacks
- Pricing Management
- Claims Management
- Work closely with SAP SD and other functional teams for end-to-end process integration.
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for developments and enhancements.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support data migration, system upgrades, and production support activities.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Create and maintain project documentation, process documents, and training materials.
- Provide user training and post-go-live support.
Required Skills
- Robust understanding of Vistex modules such as Rebates, Incentives, Pricing, and Claims.
- Good knowledge of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution).
- Experience in configuration, testing, and support activities.
- Understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
