- Strong understanding of B2G projects in the Building Materials Industry
- Positive knowledge of Government Organisations
- Ability to develop strong relationship with key Govt depts. like CPWD, PWD, MES and PSUs and associated Agencies (including Architects) for large Govt projects
- Experience in brand enlisting and inclusion of new product categories in Government Schedule Rates and tenders
- Ability to develop relationship with Architects and PMCs for specifications in large volume private projects
- Manage the end-to-end specification process including Lead Generation, Technical presentations, Mock-ups, Specifications and close coordination with Sales for the conversion
- Build a strong pipeline of Government projects wherein Aerolite brand is specified
