Requirements

- Hands-on experience of at least one full implementation or application version/upgrade cycle for a treasury or collateral platform.
- Proficiency in test strategy creation, test planning, test case creation, test case execution, and test case tracking (defects and evidence).
- Proven experience creating and maintaining a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), mapping requirements to test cases and evidence.
- Ability to design test cases that validate persistent and non-persistent integration events across the bank's IT landscape.
- Hands-on experience with defect management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Ability to run and drive daily defect triage meetings with business, development, and vendor teams to enable quick defect closure.
- Strong, transparent, and assertive verbal and written communication skills to engage confidently with client and vendor stakeholders.




- Ability to prepare and present daily and weekly test progress dashboards and reports.
- Experience with data migration from legacy systems to a new application, including reconciliation at position and accounting level.
- Application architecture or configuration knowledge of the treasury/collateral platform in use.
- Certification in Treasury and Capital Market products.
- Certification in Testing Standards (ISTQB or equivalent).
- Experience creating automated test scripts for regression testing.
