Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly self-motivated and experienced Regional Product Manager with a strong background in X-ray systems and diagnostic imaging. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, supporting product positioning, and overseeing strategic activities across the assigned territory.

This includes deep involvement in hospital engagements, cold calling, lead follow-ups, conducting product demonstrations, deal closures and aligning with internal stakeholders to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory by driving adoption and conversion of leads into sales for Digital Radiography Systems, Mammography systems, Dynamic Digital Radiography (DDR), Digital Radio-fluoroscopy machines and premium Ultrasound solutions.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, diagnostic centres, and radiology departments by conducting regular visits, including cold calls, technical discussions, and techno-clinical presentations.
- Lead and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and opportunity qualification to final negotiation and closure.
- Conduct and support live product demonstrations, working in coordination with the application and service team to highlight product strengths and clinical advantages.
- If needed,



identify and appoint new dealers or sub-dealers in untapped areas and support their ramp-up through training and marketing.
- Support the regional sales and dealer teams with technical knowledge, product training, and field support during complex sales negotiations.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports; monitor demo usage, effectiveness, and ROI.
- Assist in market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and help develop pricing and positioning strategies.
- Plan and execute regional marketing initiatives, workshops, and radiology-focused CME programs in coordination with the team.
- Monitor post-sale customer satisfaction and work cross-functionally to ensure smooth installation, application training, and after-sales support.
- Mentor and manage field application specialists assigned within the region; schedule deployments aligned to high-priority sales needs.
- Undertake ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by the senior leadership team.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate in Science/Engineering/Biomedical Engineering/MBA.
- experience in sales, product, or application management (X-ray and diagnostic imaging field experience will be preferred).
- Robust technical knowledge of general radiography, digital radiography, mammography, and related clinical workflows.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
