Role & Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive QA strategy for trading and analytics platforms
- Lead a team of QA engineers, providing technical mentorship and career development
- Design test automation frameworks for focusing on performance, reliability, and accuracy
- Collaborate with trading desk, users, and development teams to understand business requirements
- Develop performance test packs for latency analysis and capacity planning
- Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and tools
- Participate in UAT processes with users and key stakeholders for front to back initiatives
- Proactive analysis of incidents to implement preventive measures

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8-10 years of software QA experience, strictly in financial services
- Expert knowledge of automated testing frameworks and continuous integration/deployment
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java
- Hands-on with GitLab, Jenkins/Gitlab CI




- Hands-on experience in AI/ML/GenAI backed test practices
- Experience testing APIs and data pipelines
- Good understanding of global financial markets, trading systems
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (MiFID II, Reg NMS, etc.) is an added advantage
