What Youll Do:

- Performing end-to-end NAV calculations for pension and mutual fund schemes.
- Conducting fund accounting and daily NAV validation to maintain accuracy.
- Reconciling portfolios, cash, and securities to ensure integrity and compliance.
- Processing corporate actions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Managing income accruals and expense bookings to reflect accurate financial standing.
- Pricing and valuating securities to support informed decision-making.
- Coordinating with custodians, trustees, registrars and transfer agents (RTA),



and investment teams to facilitate smooth operations.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, including PFRDA and SEBI, as well as internal audit requirements.
- Preparing detailed reports and regulatory Management Information Systems (MIS) to support strategic initiatives.

What Were Looking For:

- A minimum of 2 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Fund Accounting or NAV Operations.
- A solid understanding of financial instruments and their respective accounting practices.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, enabling you to analyze and manipulate data effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of your work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive under pressure.
