ROLE SUMMARY

The role holder is responsible for managing team of Product Managers handling Current Account product suite with primary focus on product innovation and development, digitization, business delivery, customer journey and life-cycle management, competition benchmarking, market know-how and regulatory guidelines.

Responsible for CA products and proposition management for the bank

Championing adoption and proliferation of digital technologies through core competence / partner alliances /platforms and solutions





Responsible for Business and P&L; objectives for Non-Individual and Self-Employed Segment (CA).

Responsible for overall CA product strategy including quality acquisition, deepening of book, new product launch, portfolio management and profitability.

- Improve the Customer life cycle framework, portfolio quality & attrition control, campaigns.
- Responsible for segmental Marketing initiatives strategy and execution. Driving skill development & Knowledge enhancement initiatives.

Coworking with key stakeholders (CMS, Trade-Forex, TBG, Customer Rewards, Technology, Compliance, Operations, Audit, Program & Channel Teams, etc.).
