- Manage customer accounts and build robust relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer requirements and project coordination.
- Coordinate with RFQ, NPD, Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams for timely execution.
- Review customer enquiries, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
- Track RFQs, quotations, sample development, PPAP, and project milestones.
- Follow up on quotations and support RFQ-to-order conversion.
- Identify new business opportunities in precision machining, fabrication, and electromechanical assemblies.
- Resolve customer issues by coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Candidate Profile-

- 1-3 years of experience in B2B Industrial Sales (International Sales preferred).
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand manufacturing processes.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365.
