During your initial training period, you will:
• Learn customer acquisition and sales fundamentals
• Represent nationally recognised clients and campaigns
• Develop communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Phase 2: Leadership Development
As you progress and demonstrate results, you will begin learning:

Phase 3:
Management Responsibilities
As the company expands,
successful trainees will transition into leadership positions where they will:

• Conduct coaching sessions and performance reviews
• Support expansion into recent territories and markets
• Play an active role in company growth and development
