We are looking for young, energetic, and ambitious freshers to join our field sales team and help us digitize local businesses across India.

Role SummaryAs a Field Sales Executive, you will be our champion on the ground. Your main goal will be to visit local shops, markets, and businesses to pitch, register, and activate them on the MobiKwik merchant platform (via QR codes and soundboxes).

We provide complete training to help you kickstart a successful career in the fast-growing Fintech industry.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Mapping: Visit commercial areas, markets, and retail hubs daily to identify potential merchants (Kirana shops, restaurants, salons, etc.).
- Pitching & Onboarding:



Explain the benefits of using MobiKwik for digital payments to business owners and onboard them onto the platform.
- KYC Verification: Help merchants complete their digital KYC and account setup using the MobiKwik app.
- Branding & Setup: Deploy MobiKwik QR codes, stands, and soundboxes at merchant counters to ensure maximum visibility.
- Relationship Building: Check back on newly onboarded merchants to ensure they are comfortably accepting payments and resolve any basic queries they have.
- What We Are Looking For (Eligibility)Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream).
- Experience: 0 Years (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply!).
