Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and parents to help them choose the right course.
- Call and follow up with prospective students generated through marketing campaigns.
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counselling.
- Handle WhatsApp, phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Manage daily administrative operations of the institute.
- Coordinate student batches, attendance, and documentation.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in BCA, B.Sc. IT/CS, B.Tech, MCA, or a related IT field.
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
- Excellent communication in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English.
- Valuable counselling, telecalling, and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
