Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 + Performance Incentives

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

About the RoleWe are looking for a confident, energetic and well-spoken Receptionist cum Telecaller to join our Phagwara branch. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with students, handling calls and creating a welcoming experience for everyone visiting the branch.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Attend and manage students/visitors at the reception.
- Follow up with leads and prospective students.
- Provide basic information about our courses and programs.
- Maintain lead and visitor records.
- Coordinate with the sales and branch team for smooth operations.




- Ensure the reception area and front-desk experience remain professional.
- What We're Looking ForGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and positive personality.
- Basic knowledge of computers and WhatsApp.
- Ability to handle calls and follow-ups effectively.
- Freshers are welcome to apply if they have good communication skills.
- What We Offer₹12,000 – ₹15,000 fixed salary
