Job Title: Meta Ads Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to plan, create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, campaign optimization, creative testing, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.

* Create campaigns focused on brand awareness, engagement, leads, website traffic, and sales.

* Research and build relevant target audiences using interests, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences.

* Set up Meta Pixel, conversion events, and campaign tracking.

* Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and key advertising metrics.

* Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, reduce cost per lead, and increase conversions.

* Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copy, audiences, placements, and campaign objectives.

* Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors,



and content teams to develop effective ad creatives.

* Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.

* Identify current advertising opportunities and recommend strategies for business growth.

* Stay updated with Meta advertising policies, platform changes, and industry trends.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.

* Understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising formats.

* Experience with lead-generation, conversion, and retargeting campaigns.

* Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, UTM tracking, and Google Analytics.

* Ability to analyze CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and other performance metrics.

* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Basic understanding of ad copywriting and creative strategy.

* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets efficiently.
