Role Summary

The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects, ensuring timely execution, quality standards, budget compliance, and effective coordination between Project Engineers, site teams, and management.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise multiple projects through Project Engineers and site teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings.
- Resolve technical and execution-related challenges.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, accounts, and management teams.
- Mentor Project Engineers and improve team performance and accountability.




- Participate in client and consultant meetings when required.
- Review project reports and provide regular updates to management.
- RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 8–12 years of experience in construction project execution.
- Solid knowledge of RCC, finishing works, project planning, and quality control.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office, and project reporting tools.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Timely project completion.
