Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, execution-focused Social Media Manager who understands healthcare marketing, short-form content, audience psychology, and performance-driven social media growth.

The role involves managing and growing Painex’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Business Profile through consistent, engaging, and informative content.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily social media activities for Painex

Create and schedule posts, reels, stories, and educational content

Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for content shoots

Write captions, hooks, CTAs, and healthcare-focused copy

Plan monthly content calendars

Grow Instagram and YouTube organically using trending formats

Handle patient testimonials and before/after case storytelling ethically

Monitor comments, DMs, and audience engagement

Track social media insights and performance metrics

Work with video editors/designers for creatives and reels

Maintain brand consistency across all platforms





Support paid ad creatives for Meta and Google campaigns

Required Skills

Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video content

Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar editing software

Good copywriting and communication skills

Understanding of healthcare or wellness marketing is a major advantage

Ability to create viral-style educational content without misinformation

Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, hooks, and audience engagement strategies

Basic understanding of Meta Ads is a plus

Preferred Candidate

1–3 years of experience in social media management

Experience working with clinics, healthcare brands, fitness, or wellness brands preferred

Creative thinker with solid execution speed

Comfortable appearing in or directing video shoots

Organized and consistent with deadlines
