Key Responsibilities

- Customer Handling: Greet customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain strong knowledge of home appliances, electronics, features, specifications, pricing, offers, and warranties.
- Sales & Target Achievement: Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Product Demonstration: Demonstrate product features and explain benefits, comparisons, and usage to customers.
- Lead Conversion: Follow up with enquiries, walk-ins, phone/online leads, and convert them into sales.
- Upselling & Cross-selling: Recommend complementary products, accessories, extended warranties, and relevant upgrades.
- Billing & Order Processing: Coordinate with the billing and accounts teams to ensure accurate invoicing and smooth order processing.
- Customer Follow-up: Follow up after sales to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Inventory Coordination: Check product availability and coordinate with the inventory/store team for stock requirements.
- Display & Merchandising: Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, labelled, and presented attractively.




- Competitor Awareness: Keep track of competitor pricing, offers, new products, and market trends.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Store Discipline: Maintain cleanliness, professionalism, punctuality, and proper customer service standards on the sales floor.

Key Skills / Requirements

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented approach
- Basic computer knowledge
- Proficiency in Tally is an advantage
- Knowledge of home appliances/electronics is preferred
- Ability to work towards sales targets
- Prior retail sales experience preferred
