We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource activities and support the organization in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.

- Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and close open positions.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Handle joining formalities, induction, and employee exit processes.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and support payroll-related activities.
- Address employee queries and assist in resolving workplace concerns.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and internal events.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other management reports as required.




- Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
- Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance is an advantage.
