We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive who will play a key role in driving growth for Anuprayaas. The role involves sourcing new business opportunities, handling tenders, coordinating meetings, and maintaining effective communication with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Sourcing & Management

- Identify and source accurate contact details of target decision-makers through LinkedIn, Google, and other platforms.
- Maintain and update prospect databases for outreach.

2. Tender Search & Application

- Identify relevant tenders across government and private portals.
- Review eligibility, compile documents, and manage the tender submission process.

3. Prospect Outreach

- Contact potential clients via calls, emails, and messages to introduce Anuprayaas and schedule meetings.




- Draft skilled emails and proposals to share company profiles and respond to queries.

4. Client & Meeting Coordination

- Act as the liaison between prospective clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate and conduct telephonic, virtual, or in-person meetings.
- Present project proposals and align on client expectations.

5. Project Reporting & Communication

- Prepare and share project progress reports with clients in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to collect data for reporting.
- Work with the Marketing team to design and finalize collaterals for client presentations.
