Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Store Alliance Executive to drive business growth by onboarding and managing retail stores, grocery outlets, and wholesalers. The ideal candidate should have experience in FMCG/Retail Sales and be comfortable with field sales and market visits.

- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit and onboard new retail stores, grocery outlets, wholesalers, and other potential partners.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Explain company products/services and negotiate with store owners.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing outlets and ensure regular business.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding and sales targets.
- Take orders from retailers, wholesalers, and grocery stores as required.
- Conduct regular market visits and maintain proper market coverage.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and order fulfilment.
- Maintain daily sales and outlet visit reports.




- Track competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure timely resolution of partner/store-related issues.
- Candidate Requirements1–3 years of experience in FMCG Sales, Retail Sales, Field Sales, or Business Development.
- Hands-on experience in taking orders from retailers, wholesalers, or grocery stores is preferred.
- Experience in new outlet onboarding and relationship management.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Should be comfortable with extensive field work.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Candidates with experience in FMCG, Retail, E-commerce sales will be preferred.

CompensationIn-hand Salary: Up to ₹28,000 per month
