- Experience of more than 3 Years In working with Telemarketing Team.
- Responsible to lead a telemarketing team of 15 to 20 Tele-callers for m4marry business
- Responsible for the revenue generation and operations of the m4marry tele-sales team
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Ability to work well in a fast paced setting and meet targets.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
