Job Summary

We are looking for a Recruiter with experience in the automobile/dealership industry to manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Service, Workshop, Customer Care, Insurance, Finance, and other dealership functions.

The ideal candidate should be positive at candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-up, and joining conversion, with a strong understanding of automobile industry hiring.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for automobile-related positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements, experience, skills, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate interviews with HODs and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with selected candidates until joining.
- Build and maintain a database of suitable candidates for recurring positions.
- Handle recruitment for Sales, Service, Technicians, Workshop, Insurance, Finance, Customer Care, and support functions.
- Coordinate pre-joining documentation and onboarding formalities.
- Track recruitment status,



open positions, interviews, selections, and joining data.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports and provide updates to the HR Manager.
- Support employee referral and other recruitment initiatives.
- Maintain a professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; HR/Management qualification preferred.
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the automobile/dealership industry.
- Good knowledge of automobile dealership profiles and manpower requirements will be an advantage.
- Visit field for Hiring.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, or other recruitment platforms.
- Strong communication, candidate handling, and negotiation skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Target-oriented and capable of handling multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Word.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with prior recruitment experience in Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Tata Motors, Mahindra, Toyota, Honda, Kia, Renault, Nissan, Volkswagen, MG, or other automobile dealerships will be preferred.

Probation: 6 months, extendable up to 9 months based on performance.
