- Receive, prepare, assemble, and pack customer orders accurately.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Operate basic kitchen equipment such as microwave/food-heating equipment.
- Support kitchen cleaning, ingredient handling, and daily cafe operations.
- Check orders before handing them over for delivery.
- Coordinate with cafe team members and delivery partners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow company SOPs and maintain required service and quality standards.
