About the Role

Hotel Ratan Vilas is seeking attentive Waiters/Stewards to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will represent our heritage hospitality standards by providing warm, professional, and efficient service in our restaurant and outdoor dining spaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and seat guests with traditional warmth and professionalism.
- Present menus, explain culinary offerings, and answer guest queries accurately.
- Take orders and coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen team for prompt service.
- Serve food and beverages adhering to fine dining presentation and hygiene standards.
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and table setup throughout dining shifts.
- Address guest requests proactively to ensure a peaceful,



memorable dining experience.

Requirements

- 6 months + of experience as a Waiter or Steward (heritage or boutique hotel experience preferred).
- Positive verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic functional English.
- Polite demeanor, strong customer service ethic, and high standards of personal grooming.
- Ability to work flexibly in shifts and thrive under active restaurant hours.
