About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Executive who will play a key role in managing operational workflows, data quality, process efficiency, and performance reporting. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of processes, accurate data handling, and continuous improvement of operational workflows.

The ideal candidate should be analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and capable of bridging technical and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Process Management

● Manage and monitor day-to-day operational workflows to ensure timely and accurate execution

● Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and maintain smooth processes

● Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and recurring issues

● Support the implementation and improvement of standard operating procedures

● Maintain proper documentation and version control for operational processes

2. Quality Assurance & Process Monitoring

● Review operational outputs to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with defined guidelines

● Conduct regular quality checks and audits of processes and data

● Identify errors, inconsistencies, and deviations from established processes

● Track operational performance and highlight areas requiring corrective action

● Ensure adherence to quality and process standards

3. Data Analysis & Reporting

● Use Python (Pandas, NumPy) to process, clean, and analyze operational datasets

● Write SQL queries to extract data,



track performance, and identify operational trends

● Work extensively with Advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, validation, dashboards, pivot tables, lookups, and data handling

● Prepare regular operational reports and performance dashboards

● Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy

● Extract, organize, and maintain reliable datasets for operational decision-making

4. Root-Cause Analysis & Continuous Improvement

● Perform root-cause analysis on operational errors, inconsistencies, and performance issues

● Identify recurring problems and recommend practical process improvements

● Translate data-driven findings into actionable insights for relevant teams

● Support automation and optimization of repetitive operational processes

● Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and turnaround time

Required Qualifications

● 2–4 years of experience in Operations / Data Analytics / Technical Operations / Business Operations

● Strong hands-on experience with:

○ Python (Pandas, NumPy)

○ SQL (advanced querying)

○ Advanced Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards, data cleaning, and reporting





● Experience in data analysis, process monitoring, experimentation, or A/B testing

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

● Good understanding of operational workflows and process management

● Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

● Exposure to Generative AI / LLMs such as GPT, Claude, or Gemini

● Understanding of AI concepts such as:

○ Temperature

○ Tokens

○ Context window

● Prior experience in AI Operations / Trust & Safety / Content Moderation / Risk Analysis

● Familiarity with AI evaluation, quality assurance, or model performance frameworks

● Experience working with automation or process optimization tools
