We're building a textile/garment manufacturing business from the ground up and need someone to own operations end-to-end — from fabric sourcing to order dispatch to selling on ecommerce platforms. This is a founding-team role for someone who wants ownership, not just a job.
What You'll Do
Factory & Production Operations
- Manage day-to-day factory operations — production schedules, workflow, quality
- Manage existing supplier relationships — coordinate with our current fabric sources on order timing and quantities
- Build a proper system for order planning (when to place fabric orders, how much, based on production timelines and demand) — currently doesn't exist, you'll create it
- Ensure timely dispatch of every order, no exceptions
- Plan new silhouettes/designs in coordination with production capability and designer & creative director
- Founder has final say on supplier decisions and new relationships; over time, you'll build your own supplier contacts alongside the founder
Ecommerce & Growth
- Manage and grow our presence on Flipkart and other ecommerce platforms
- Handle listings, pricing, inventory sync, platform-specific growth tactics
- Use platform data/AI tools to identify what's selling and push accordingly
- Work alongside our marketing person (marketing/branding stays separate — you focus on sales execution and platform growth)
General
- Act as the owner's right hand — take independent ownership of the business running smoothly so the owner can focus on brand strategy
- Flag issues before they become problems
What We Need
- 3-5+ years in garment/textile production or factory operations
- Hands-on experience with ecommerce seller platforms (Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, Ajio etc.)
- Solid with supplier negotiation and inventory/order management
- Comfortable with numbers — tracking costs, timelines, sales data
- Self-starter who can build systems from scratch, not just follow SOPs
- full-time job
What We Offer
- Salary: Starting ₹20,000/month depending on experience
- Real ownership — as the business scales, so does your role and equity in decisions
